We offer refunds or a credit-note for all full-priced items, including items purchased using our first-time buyer discount code, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Items purchased during promotional periods or with any other discount code (excluding the first-time buyer code) are not eligible for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be sent to PALMA Eyewear at 27 Spicer Street Woollahra 2025 NSW Australia.

How do I return?
To initiate a return, please login here.
Follow the instructions and select the item you wish to return.
You will get a confirmation email with the shipping details and guidelines.
Please return your item to us with a tracking number as we are not responsible for items that go missing during transit.
Return shipping costs
Shipping costs to return an item are to be paid by the customer.
How soon will I get my store credit?
Store credits will be issued to via email within 2 business days upon receipt to PALMA Eyewear.
My item is damaged
If you feel your item has manufacturing defects or is faulty, please email hello@palmaeyewear.com within 7 days of receiving with photos displaying the fault and we will resolve the situation for you.
If a product is deemed faulty, we will adhere to the respective consumer protection laws of the region the purchase was made.
Consumer guarantees
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of the Australia, the United States or Europe. If there is a conflict between this policy and your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail.
If a product is deemed faulty, we will adhere to the respective consumer protection laws of the region the purchase was made.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If we believe or suspect that products purchased by you have been purchased for any commercial purpose, including resale, for the purpose of market research, reproduction or use in marketing activities or otherwise for the benefit of any business or enterprise unrelated to us, that has not been authorised by us, we reserve the right not to accept the return of those products and/or offer a refund.
